What changed
You can now follow an individual contact’s activity across workflows directly from Workflow maps in EveryCatch. You can look up a contact, see every workflow they entered, and drill into the runs and steps that shaped what they received and where they went next.
Why this matters
Questions such as “Why did this contact receive that message?” or “Where are they stuck?” usually mean clicking into several workflows. The new contact view pulls that activity into one place so you can review what happened, when it happened, and where the contact is now, without losing context.
How it works
In your EveryCatch account, go to Automation > Workflows > Workflow maps, then open Contacts in the left panel.
- Find a contact: Search by name, email, or phone number.
- See their workflows: Select the contact to highlight the workflows that include their activity.
- Review enrollments: Open the Workflows tab to review where and when they were enrolled in each workflow.
- Follow the timeline: Open Timeline to see runs, timestamps, and execution statuses for that contact.
- Inspect a specific run: Select a run to view its steps, then open a step to investigate how that action executed for the contact.
Common use cases
- Investigate why a contact received a specific email or SMS.
- Find the exact step where a contact is waiting inside an automation.
- Understand how a lead progressed through qualification, booking, and follow-up workflows.
Additional notes
- Contact history includes the last 60 days of workflow activity.
- The timeline labels runs that are finished, currently waiting, or that encountered an error so you can quickly see what needs attention.
- Launch access: Workflow maps is available at launch only to agency users and agency admins.
