EveryCatch customers agree to send messages only to recipients who have explicitly opted in. This policy sets out what is required and what is prohibited.
Our four key commitments
Messages are sent only to recipients who have explicitly opted in. No exceptions.
We do not buy, sell, rent, or licence contact lists, and neither can our customers.
Customers must be able to prove consent, including source, method, date, and IP.
All marketing emails must include an active, visible unsubscribe link. This cannot be removed.
Customers using EveryCatch services agree to send messages, including SMS, WhatsApp, and commercial email, only to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Sending unsolicited messages, including spam, junk mail, or bulk email, via the EveryCatch platform is strictly prohibited.
EveryCatch does not buy, sell, rent, or licence contact lists, including email addresses or phone numbers, and does not permit customers to use contact data that has been purchased, scraped, or obtained without clear, recipient-specific consent. Use of such data violates this policy and may result in suspension or termination of service access.
Customers must ensure that all recipients have expressly opted in to receive messages via the specific communication channels being used. Consent for one channel does not constitute consent for another.
If a recipient list or contact is found to be in violation of this policy or the applicable Terms of Use, customers may be required to complete a permission pass (a re-confirmation of consent) or cease all messaging to that recipient or list entirely.
Should any regulatory body or industry authority publish a list of addresses or numbers, such as a "do not contact" or "recycled numbers" list, EveryCatch reserves the right to block messages from being sent to those contacts. However, it is the customer's sole responsibility to comply with relevant laws and guidelines and to refrain from messaging prohibited or outdated contacts.
Customers may not use the following types of contact data on the EveryCatch platform:
Only contacts that have opted in specifically to receive communications from the customer are permitted. There are no exceptions to this rule.
For any opt-in list used through EveryCatch services, customers must be able to provide clear documentation of consent. This documentation must include:
EveryCatch reserves the right to audit customer lists and campaigns to verify compliance with this policy.
All emails sent through EveryCatch must include an active and visible unsubscribe link. Removing or disabling the opt-out functionality in marketing emails is a direct violation of this policy.
Disabling or removing unsubscribe functionality will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
EveryCatch shall not be held responsible for blocking or failing to block communications that violate applicable laws or this policy. Compliance responsibility rests with the customer.
