The founding story

Fifteen years of building automation for businesses taught the same lesson repeatedly: even a well-built system fails when it depends on a human being available at exactly the right moment.

For most of those years, building automation meant connecting separate platforms together. A CRM here, an email tool there, a booking system joined with a connector that worked until it didn't. The systems could be genuinely capable. The connector layer made them fragile. And when a new enquiry needed someone at their desk, available, within the first few minutes, the chain broke.

In 2022, the technology consolidated. A single platform brought contact management, messaging, automation, and scheduling into one place, removing the unreliable connector layer that had caused problems for years. More recently, advances in AI made it possible to automate the response itself. An enquiry arrives. AI responds in under 60 seconds, holds an intelligent conversation, and books the appointment without any human involvement at that stage.

EveryCatch was founded to put that to work in service businesses, configured around each client's specific operation rather than handed over for them to figure out. The platform handles the consistent, time-bound work. The business handles what technology still does poorly: developing relationships, handling complexity, and closing sales.

Our approach

How we work

The first call is a discovery conversation, not a sales pitch. We ask about your current situation, your enquiry flow, what you've tried before, and what's costing you the most right now. If Foundation is the right fit, we'll show you exactly what it looks like in your business. If it isn't, we'll tell you that and suggest something that makes more sense.

We work with a small number of clients at a time deliberately. The service is hands-on. Every client gets a system built specifically to their business, not a generic template dropped in and left running.

The first conversation is 30 to 45 minutes. We go through your situation properly before either of us decides whether it's a fit.
