EveryCatch Affiliate Programme
Terms and Conditions

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EveryCatch Ltd. Please read them in full before applying to join the programme. By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

Section 1

Definitions

In these terms, the following words have the meanings set out below.

EveryCatch / We / UsEveryCatch Ltd, the operator of the EveryCatch platform and this affiliate programme.
Affiliate / YouAn individual or entity approved to participate in the EveryCatch Affiliate Programme under these terms.
Referred ClientA customer who subscribes to an EveryCatch paid plan having first clicked the affiliate's unique referral link and who was not previously recorded in the EveryCatch database as a lead or subscriber.
Active ClientA Referred Client with a paid EveryCatch subscription that is current (not cancelled, paused, or in arrears) on the date of calculation.
Qualifying ClientA Referred Client who has been an Active Client for a minimum of 60 consecutive days from their first payment date. This status is required for reward programme eligibility.
Commission40% of the monthly subscription fee collected from an Active Client, excluding VAT and excluding pay-as-you-go usage charges.
Referral LinkThe unique tracking URL assigned to the affiliate for the purpose of identifying referred clients.
Tracking CookieThe 90-day attribution window applied to each click of the referral link.
Quarterly TrackThe reward track based on the number of new Qualifying Clients referred within a calendar quarter.
Lifetime TrackThe reward track based on the number of Active Clients held simultaneously at any point.
Car ClubThe top tier of both reward tracks, reached at 75 new Qualifying Clients in a quarter or 150 simultaneous Active Clients.
Competition YearThe period from 1 December to 30 November used for the annual Car Club performance competition.
Subsidised RateThe $97/month rate available to active affiliates for their EveryCatch platform account, as distinct from the standard published pricing of $297/month or $497/month.
Section 2

Eligibility and application

Participation in the programme is by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. EveryCatch reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

  • Applicants must have a verifiable online presence and a genuine, relevant audience of UK or US service business owners, or professional advisors to those businesses.
  • Applicants must provide accurate information in their application. Any material misrepresentation will result in application rejection or, if discovered after approval, removal from the programme.
  • Applications from residents of jurisdictions designated as high-risk by EveryCatch from time to time will not be accepted. The current exclusion list is available on request.
  • Applications identified as originating from high-risk IP addresses (including anonymising proxies or VPN services flagged in EveryCatch's fraud screening) may be declined.
  • Approved affiliates must agree to these terms before their account is activated. Agreement is confirmed at the point of application submission.
Section 3

Affiliate account and subsidised rate

On approval, each affiliate receives access to an EveryCatch platform account at the Subsidised Rate of $97/month. A valid payment card must be placed on file before the account is activated. The $97/month fee is charged from the date of activation.

  • The Subsidised Rate is a benefit for active promoters, not a discounted access plan. Standard EveryCatch platform pricing is $297/month or $497/month. The Subsidised Rate exists to enable affiliates to use and demonstrate the product at a reasonable cost while building their referral base. It is not available to account holders who are not actively promoting EveryCatch.
  • Pay-as-you-go usage charges (SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice) are billed at standard rates and are not included in the $97/month fee.
  • The $97/month fee is removed automatically when the affiliate reaches 3 Active Clients. It does not reinstate if Active Client count later falls below 3. If the affiliate is subsequently removed from the programme, the account will be converted to a standard paid plan or closed in accordance with Section 17.
  • Activity requirement. The Subsidised Rate is conditional on the affiliate actively promoting EveryCatch. EveryCatch reviews affiliate activity on a quarterly basis. An affiliate is considered active for the purpose of this clause if, during the preceding 90-day period, they have done at least one of the following: (i) published content that promotes or references EveryCatch; (ii) generated referral link clicks or tracked leads through their affiliate link; or (iii) been in substantive contact with their EveryCatch affiliate manager regarding their current promotion plans or strategy.
  • Withdrawal of the Subsidised Rate. An affiliate who fails the activity review will receive a written notice. If no promotional activity meeting the criteria in clause 3(d) is demonstrated within 30 days of that notice, EveryCatch may withdraw the Subsidised Rate. A further 30 days notice will be given before the rate change takes effect. The affiliate may close their account at any time during this period at no further charge. The total notice period before any rate increase is a minimum of 60 days.
  • GoHighLevel account transfer. Affiliates holding a GoHighLevel sub-account at $97/month may transfer it to the EveryCatch platform at the same rate. The terms in this Section 3 apply to transferred accounts in the same way as to new accounts.
Section 4

Commission

EveryCatch pays affiliates a commission of 40% of the monthly subscription fee collected from each Active Client.

  • Commission is calculated on the monthly plan fee only. VAT is excluded. Pay-as-you-go usage charges billed to the client (SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice) are excluded.
  • At current plan pricing: $297/month plan generates $118.80 commission per Active Client per month. $497/month plan generates $198.80 commission per Active Client per month.
  • Commission accrues for each calendar month in which the client's subscription is active on the calculation date (the 1st of the month). A client who cancels before the 1st does not generate commission for that month.
  • Commission is recurring for the lifetime of each referred client's subscription. There is no time limit, no introductory rate, and no reduction in commission rate as the affiliate's client base grows.
  • There is no cap on the total commission an affiliate may earn.
  • For UK-referred clients: commission is calculated on the ex-VAT monthly fee and paid in the currency agreed with the affiliate at onboarding.
  • Commission does not accrue on the affiliate's own EveryCatch account subscription.
Section 5

Commission payment

Commission is calculated on the 1st of each calendar month and paid by the 7th of the same month, based on Active Clients as of the calculation date.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 per payment cycle. Amounts below this threshold carry forward to the following month and accumulate until the threshold is met.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details must be provided by the affiliate before the first payment is due. EveryCatch is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing payment details.
  • Where commission has been paid and is subsequently subject to a chargeback clawback (see Section 7), the clawback amount will be deducted from the next available commission payment.
  • EveryCatch will provide a commission statement on the 1st of each month showing each referred client, their plan, and the commission amount calculated. Affiliates have 14 days to query any statement. Queries received after 14 days will be reviewed but EveryCatch is not obligated to reopen a closed payment period.
Section 6

Qualifying clients

Commission accrues on all Active Clients from their first active month. However, for the purposes of the reward programme (Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11), a referred client does not become a Qualifying Client until they have been an Active Client for a minimum of 60 consecutive days.

  • The 60-day period begins on the date of the client's first successful subscription payment.
  • If a client cancels and resubscribes, the 60-day period restarts from the date of the new subscription.
  • A client referred near the end of a calendar quarter who reaches their 60-day mark after the quarter closes will be evaluated at the 60-day date. If still active, they will be backdated to count toward the preceding quarter for Quarterly Track purposes. The affiliate will be notified when this affects their tier.
  • A referred client who was previously in the EveryCatch database as a lead or subscriber before the affiliate's referral link was clicked does not qualify for commission or reward purposes.
Section 7

Chargebacks and clawbacks

  • Where a referred client initiates a chargeback or payment reversal within 30 days of their subscription start date, commission for that client will be held pending resolution of the dispute.
  • If a chargeback is confirmed, commission for that client in the affected period will not be paid. If commission was paid in a prior month before the chargeback was confirmed, EveryCatch will deduct the corresponding amount from the affiliate's next commission payment.
  • Clawback does not apply to commission earned in months beyond the 30-day chargeback window, provided the client's subscription continued in good standing during those months.
Section 8

Fast Start Bonus

A one-time Fast Start Bonus of $350 is payable to affiliates who refer 3 or more Qualifying Clients within their first 60 days of programme approval.

  • The 60-day period begins on the date of programme approval, not account activation.
  • The bonus is assessed at the 60-day mark. It will not be paid early, even if the 3-client threshold is reached before day 60.
  • All 3 clients must be Qualifying Clients (60 days active) at the time of assessment. Clients who have not yet reached their 60-day mark at the affiliate's day 60 do not count toward the Fast Start Bonus, even if they later qualify.
  • The Fast Start Bonus is paid as a gift card of the affiliate's choice or added to their next commission payment. The affiliate will be asked to confirm their preference at the 60-day check-in.
  • The Fast Start Bonus applies once per affiliate. It is a separate payment from commission and does not count toward reward programme tiers.
  • If the affiliate does not reach 3 Qualifying Clients by day 60, the bonus is not paid and does not carry forward. There is no partial bonus.
Section 9

Quarterly Reward Track

The Quarterly Track counts new Qualifying Clients referred in each calendar quarter. Quarters run: Q1 (1 January to 31 March), Q2 (1 April to 30 June), Q3 (1 July to 30 September), Q4 (1 October to 31 December).

  • The quarterly count resets to zero at the start of each quarter. Performance in previous quarters does not carry forward.
  • One reward is paid per quarter, at the highest tier reached. If an affiliate reaches a lower tier on the way to a higher tier in the same quarter, only the higher tier reward is paid.
  • The current Quarterly tier thresholds and reward values are published at everycatch.com/affiliates. Tier thresholds and reward values are subject to change with 90 days advance notice (see Section 15).
  • Each tier offers three reward options of equivalent retail value. The affiliate selects one option. EveryCatch reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value if the specified item is unavailable at the time of fulfilment.
  • Rewards are fulfilled within 14 days of the quarter close date, following confirmation of the affiliate's choice and eligibility review.
  • The 60-day qualifying window applies. Clients who reach their 60-day mark after the quarter closes but who were referred during the quarter will be backdated to that quarter if still active at their 60-day mark (see Section 6(c)).
Section 10

Lifetime Milestone Track

The Lifetime Track is based on the number of Active Clients held simultaneously by the affiliate at any point. The track runs continuously alongside the Quarterly Track and does not reset.

  • On the 1st of each month, EveryCatch records each affiliate's Active Client count. A Lifetime milestone is triggered when this count reaches or exceeds the threshold for that milestone for the first time.
  • Each Lifetime milestone unlocks once per affiliate, permanently. Once a milestone is claimed, it cannot be re-earned. If an affiliate reaches a milestone, receives the reward, and their Active Client count subsequently falls below that milestone's threshold, the milestone remains claimed. When they rebuild back to the same level, no further reward is issued for that milestone. The next unclaimed milestone remains ahead of them.
  • The current Lifetime milestone thresholds and reward values are published at everycatch.com/affiliates. Thresholds and values are subject to change with 90 days advance notice (see Section 15). Milestones already claimed before a change are unaffected.
  • Each milestone offers three reward options of equivalent retail value. The affiliate selects one option. EveryCatch reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value if the specified item is unavailable at the time of fulfilment.
  • Rewards are fulfilled within 14 days of the milestone being confirmed, following eligibility review and confirmation of the affiliate's choice.
Section 11

Car Club

Car Club is the top tier of both reward tracks. An affiliate reaches Car Club by referring 75 or more Qualifying Clients in a single calendar quarter (Quarterly Car Club), or by holding 150 or more Active Clients simultaneously (Lifetime Car Club).

Guaranteed prizes on reaching Car Club:

  • An affiliate who reaches Quarterly Car Club receives an immediate guaranteed prize of approximately $2,500 value (choice of three options as published at everycatch.com/affiliates).
  • An affiliate who reaches Lifetime Car Club receives an immediate guaranteed prize of approximately $5,000 value (choice of three options as published at everycatch.com/affiliates).
  • Both guaranteed prizes are separate awards. An affiliate who reaches both Quarterly Car Club and Lifetime Car Club receives both guaranteed prizes.
  • Guaranteed prizes are fulfilled within 14 days of the Car Club threshold being confirmed. EveryCatch reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value if the specified item is unavailable at the time of fulfilment.

Annual Car Club competition:

  • In addition to the guaranteed prize, every affiliate who reaches Car Club status (either track) during a Competition Year becomes eligible for the annual Car Club competition.
  • The competition closes on 1 December each year. The winner is the eligible affiliate who has referred the most new live clients in the preceding Competition Year (1 December to 30 November).
  • The competition is a performance-based competition, not a prize draw. The winner is determined by measurable performance, not by chance.
  • One prize is awarded per Competition Year: a vehicle with an approximate retail value of $50,000, or $50,000 cash at the winner's choice. The cash alternative is paid by bank transfer within 14 days of the competition close. The vehicle model will be confirmed with the winner; no specific make or model is guaranteed in advance.
  • In the event of a tie on new live client count, the tiebreaker is the date on which each tied affiliate first reached Car Club status in the Competition Year. The affiliate who reached Car Club earliest wins.
  • If only one affiliate reaches Car Club status in a Competition Year, that affiliate wins the competition by default.
  • If no affiliate reaches Car Club status in a Competition Year, the annual competition prize is not awarded for that year.
  • Each affiliate competes once regardless of how many times they reach Car Club thresholds in the Competition Year.
  • A live leaderboard showing the competition standings is accessible to all Car Club members throughout the Competition Year.
The Car Club annual competition is structured as a skill-based performance competition. EveryCatch does not operate a lottery or prize draw in connection with this programme. This structure is maintained to comply with the UK Gambling Act 2005. EveryCatch reserves the right to suspend or restructure the annual competition if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance, with 90 days notice where possible.
Section 12

Tracking and attribution

  • Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral link. Commission and reward credit applies only to clients attributed through this link.
  • Attribution uses a 90-day tracking cookie. If a prospect clicks the referral link and subscribes within 90 days, the affiliate receives attribution. If the cookie has expired, no attribution is applied.
  • Where multiple affiliates' referral links have been clicked by the same prospect, attribution is assigned to the most recent click within the 90-day window.
  • Affiliates may not use their own referral link to sign up on behalf of a client they have directly assisted in subscribing. Commission is intended for referrals made at arm's length through genuine promotional activity. EveryCatch reserves the right to review and withhold commission where there is evidence that referrals were not made in good faith.
  • EveryCatch will provide affiliates with access to a real-time tracking dashboard showing referred clients, commission status, quarterly new client count, and Lifetime milestone progress.
Section 13

Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the programme and potential clawback of commissions paid.

  • Referring fictitious, self-created, or fraudulent clients, including but not limited to clients with shared payment methods, shared contact details, or coordinated subscription and cancellation patterns.
  • Making claims about EveryCatch that are not accurate, not approved in writing by EveryCatch, or that are likely to mislead a prospective client.
  • Bidding on EveryCatch brand terms in paid search advertising without written approval from EveryCatch.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam) to promote EveryCatch.
  • Using EveryCatch brand assets in a manner not authorised under Section 14.
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with EveryCatch (e.g., claiming to be an employee or agent of EveryCatch when you are not).
  • Any activity that constitutes affiliate fraud, including artificially inflating click counts, commission amounts, or reward qualifying figures.

Where EveryCatch suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to pause commission payments and withhold reward fulfilment pending investigation. Affiliates will be given an opportunity to respond. If fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, EveryCatch will remove the affiliate, claw back commissions paid on affected clients, and close the affiliate's account.

Section 14

Intellectual property and brand use

  • EveryCatch grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the EveryCatch name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the EveryCatch platform to prospective clients.
  • Affiliates may use the materials contained in the EveryCatch marketing collateral pack provided on approval. Use of any other EveryCatch branding or creative assets requires prior written approval.
  • Affiliates may not alter, modify, or distort EveryCatch brand assets. They may not use EveryCatch branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or a relationship beyond that of an independent affiliate.
  • This licence terminates immediately on removal from the programme. All use of EveryCatch brand assets must cease on termination.
  • EveryCatch retains all intellectual property rights in its platform, brand, and materials. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the affiliate.
Section 15

Programme changes

EveryCatch commits to providing a minimum of 90 days advance notice of any material changes to the commission rate or reward programme structure.

  • Notice will be provided in writing to the affiliate's registered email address.
  • During the 90-day notice period, commissions continue to be paid and rewards continue to accrue at the existing rates and thresholds.
  • Changes to reward catalogue items (i.e., the specific products offered at a tier) may be made without advance notice, provided the replacement items are of equivalent retail value.
  • Changes to these terms that do not affect commission rates or reward programme structure may be made with 30 days notice.
  • Continued participation in the programme after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 16

Wind-down protection

If EveryCatch permanently terminates the affiliate programme for any reason, the following protections apply to all active affiliates at the date of termination notice.

  • Commission will continue to be paid on existing Active Clients for a minimum of 90 days from the date written notice of programme termination is issued to affiliates.
  • This protection applies regardless of the reason for programme termination, including but not limited to business closure, platform discontinuation, or strategic decision to exit the affiliate channel.
  • Reward programme accrual will cease at the date of termination notice. Rewards already earned and confirmed before the termination notice are not affected.
  • The 90-day wind-down period is a minimum. EveryCatch may at its discretion extend this period.
This clause is a written contractual commitment, not a goodwill gesture. It applies regardless of any other provision of these terms and cannot be overridden by a subsequent amendment to these terms unless that amendment extends (not reduces) the wind-down period.
Section 17

Termination and removal

Either party may terminate participation in the programme at any time. Affiliates may withdraw voluntarily by notifying EveryCatch in writing. EveryCatch may remove an affiliate in the following circumstances.

  • Breach of any provision of these terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 13.
  • Confirmed or suspected affiliate fraud, pending investigation.
  • No referred clients for 12 consecutive months (inactivity). EveryCatch will notify the affiliate before taking this action.
  • Withdrawal of the Subsidised Rate (Section 3(e)) and the affiliate electing to close their account rather than continue at standard pricing.
  • Voluntary withdrawal by the affiliate.

On removal or withdrawal:

  • A final commission payment will be calculated and paid by the next standard payment date for Active Clients at the date of removal.
  • No commission accrues after the date of removal, regardless of how long referred clients continue their subscriptions.
  • The affiliate's EveryCatch account will be converted to a standard paid plan or closed. In either case, 30 days written notice will be given before any billing change or account closure takes effect.
  • The affiliate's referral link will be deactivated. Any clicks after deactivation will not generate commission.
  • The wind-down protection in Section 16 does not apply to individual removal or voluntary withdrawal. It applies only to programme-wide termination.
Section 18

Liability

  • EveryCatch makes no warranty that the affiliate programme will generate any particular level of commission or that any referred client will remain an Active Client for any particular period.
  • EveryCatch's total liability to an affiliate in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total commission paid to that affiliate in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • EveryCatch is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from participation in the programme, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated commission.
  • Nothing in these terms limits EveryCatch's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • The affiliate is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of EveryCatch. The affiliate has no authority to enter into contracts or make representations on behalf of EveryCatch.
Section 19

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section 20

Amendments

EveryCatch may amend these terms from time to time. The notice periods in Section 15 apply to material changes. For minor amendments, EveryCatch will provide at least 30 days written notice. The current version of these terms is always available at everycatch.com/affiliates/terms. The version in force at the date of any commission payment or reward fulfilment is the version that governs that transaction.
