WinLane

A visual pipeline that moves itself when the AI acts — and triggers automations when you move it manually.

AI + manual, together

A pipeline is only useful if something actually moves it

A CRM shows you where every lead is sitting. What it doesn't do is move leads forward — that's left to whoever is managing the system, which is usually nobody because everyone is busy.

WinLane is a hybrid visual pipeline. The AI moves it automatically as it completes actions — responding to a lead, booking an appointment, sending a follow-up. You see deals progressing without touching anything.

When you do move something manually, that move can trigger further automations. Drag a deal to "Quote Sent" and a 48-hour follow-up sequence fires automatically. You don't set a reminder. The system handles it because the stage change told it to.

The result is a pipeline that's accurate in real time and connected to action — not a static log of where things were the last time someone bothered to update it.

A pipeline that works both ways

1

Every lead enters the pipeline automatically

When a new enquiry comes in and Speed-to-Lead picks it up, a contact is created in WinLane. You don't add leads manually — they appear when they make contact.

2

The AI moves deals as it works

When the AI responds to an enquiry, books an appointment, or sends a follow-up, the relevant deal card moves in the pipeline to reflect it. No manual updates required.

3

You move deals manually when it makes sense

You've had a conversation on site and want to record that a quote has been sent. Drag the card to the right stage. The pipeline updates and — if you've set it up — that move triggers the next automation automatically.

4

Manual stage changes fire automations

Moving a deal to "Quote Sent" can fire a 48-hour AI follow-up. Moving to "Won" can trigger a review request. Moving to "Lost" can start a re-engagement sequence weeks later. Each stage change is a trigger, not just a label.

An example of how this looks in practice

A lead comes in on a Saturday evening. Speed-to-Lead responds within 60 seconds, qualifies the prospect, and books a Monday morning call. The deal moves from "New Lead" to "Appointment Booked" in WinLane automatically.

After the call, you drag the card to "Quote Sent." WinLane fires a follow-up sequence: the AI sends a message 48 hours later checking whether the prospect had any questions. If they respond, the conversation continues. If they don't, a second nudge goes out at 96 hours.

When the job is won, you move the card to "Won." Reputation Spark picks this up and queues a review request — once sentiment checks come back positive.

At no point did anyone set a reminder or remember to follow up. The pipeline stage told the system what to do next.

What's included

Visual pipeline

Kanban-style board showing every active lead and their current stage at a glance.

AI-driven movement

Deal cards move automatically when the AI completes actions — no manual updates needed to keep the pipeline accurate.

Manual move triggers

Moving a deal manually can fire any configured automation — follow-up sequences, notifications, review requests, and more.

Easily identify deals that haven't moved in a defined period — so nothing sits forgotten in the pipeline.

Custom stages

Pipeline stages are built to match your sales process, not forced into a generic template.
