EveryCatch Ltd provides users with licensed access to an all-in-one marketing platform designed to organise business contacts and save time by automating sales and marketing tasks in one system, including text messages, email, and phone calls.

Your use of EveryCatch is subject to these Terms. By accessing or using EveryCatch, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use EveryCatch.

EveryCatch is an all-in-one marketing platform that encompasses the following functionalities:

You may be required to register via an online registration form to create a user account, allowing you to receive information and participate in platform features.

An authorisation charge will be applied when you purchase our product to check that the card is valid. This charge will be refunded immediately. Processing timelines vary by financial institution and remain outside company control.

Where the platform contains areas in which you may post or upload user-generated content, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and grant the company a licence to use it.

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Violates or infringes upon the rights of others
• Contains explicit content
• Violates any applicable law
• Uses the name or likeness of an identifiable natural person without their consent

Costs associated with using EveryCatch for phone, email, and SMS services extend beyond the standard monthly subscription fee. These include charges for phone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails. Contact us for the specific tariffs applicable to your plan.

These Terms, or any part of them, may be modified by us at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of EveryCatch following such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

The company may also alter or discontinue any aspect, service, or feature of the platform at any time, including content, availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Any effective changes will be reflected in the date at the top of the page.

This Agreement is governed by English Law. Disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
