What changed
You can now use an AI assistant directly inside Workflow maps in EveryCatch to ask questions about your automations, troubleshoot issues, tidy and organize your map, and request new workflows or edits to existing ones.
The assistant uses the context of your workflows and the current map view so it can respond to account-specific questions and carry out actions that match how your automations are set up.
Why this matters
Understanding and maintaining an account often means hunting through workflows, opening each one, checking dependencies, and then going back to reorganize things. With the assistant, you can describe what you want in plain language directly from the map, and let it help you interpret, locate, and manage workflows without jumping between multiple screens.
How it works
Go to Automation > Workflows > Workflow maps, then open Assistant.
- Understand a workflow: Ask what a selected workflow does or request a summary of an entire folder so you can quickly see its purpose and key steps.
- Find and investigate: Locate workflows by name, identify potential issues, or ask which assets (like emails, forms, or pipelines) a workflow is connected to.
- Focus the map: Ask the assistant to filter or highlight specific workflows and folders so you can narrow in on what matters right now.
- Organize your account: Request new folders, move workflows between folders, rename items, or add notes to keep your automation map structured and documented.
- Build or edit workflows: Describe the automation you want to create or adjust. Supported builds and edits run as background jobs so you can keep working while they process.
- Review proposed actions: Use the approval controls to review the assistant’s plan and choose how supported changes are applied before anything updates in your account.
Common use cases
- “Explain what this workflow does.” to get a quick summary before you edit it.
- “Show only drafts in the Sales folder.” to focus on items that still need setup or review.
- “Create a welcome email and SMS workflow.” to draft a standard onboarding sequence from the map view.
- “Move these workflows into an Onboarding folder.” to quickly clean up and reorganize related automations.
Additional notes
- The assistant only works within your existing access permissions, so it cannot show or change items you are not allowed to access.
- Actions such as deletion and full map rearrangement still require your confirmation, even when you have automatic approval enabled for other types of changes.
- Saved views store your filters for quick reuse. They do not store the map’s zoom level, position, or layout arrangement.
- Launch access: Workflow maps is available at launch only to agency users and agency admins.
