Describe your goal once and Email AI builds an entire sequence for you: every step, the timing between emails, and a designed message for each step.
You can watch a full walkthrough of Email AI in the video above to see a sequence built from a single prompt, step by step.
What changed
- Start from a prompt or an idea: Describe what you want to achieve, or begin from a suggested idea like “Welcome new subscribers”, “Re-engage customers”, or “Follow up after a webinar”.
- Quick setup: Answer a short set of questions so EveryCatch knows who the sequence is for, which email address sends it, and when it should start.
- The full sequence, built for you: Email AI automatically lays out every step on the sequence canvas, sets the delays between emails, and writes a designed email for each step.
- Review any step: Click into any step to read the email, switch to a different template, or fine-tune subject lines, content, and other details.
- You stay in control: Nothing is sent until you confirm the audience and start time, so you always decide when the sequence goes live.
How to use it
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Email sequences.
- Click Create with AI.
- Describe the sequence you want, or choose one of the suggested ideas to start faster.
- Answer the questions about your audience, the sending address, and when the sequence should begin.
- Review the steps on the canvas, make any edits you need, then confirm to schedule the sequence.
Why it matters
- Faster setup: A single prompt turns into a complete multi-step sequence without you having to build each email from scratch.
- On brand by default: Every email uses your Brand Board settings, including your fonts, colors, and logo, so your sequence stays consistent.
- No surprises: You can check every step on the canvas and inside each email before anything is scheduled to send.
Good to know
- Sequences only start sending after you confirm the audience and timing, and you can pause a sequence at any time to adjust or edit its steps.
