You can now describe the email you want in plain language and let Email AI create a complete, on-brand design in a single step. From there, you can refine it by chatting with the AI, editing the code, using Visual edits, or switching into the Design editor.
Watch the walkthrough video to see Email AI create and refine an email from a simple prompt.
What changed
- Start from a prompt or an idea: Describe the email in your own words, or choose a starting point like Welcome new subscribers, Product launch or Newsletter update.
- A complete email in one pass: Get a fully structured email that includes a hero image, headline, benefit sections, testimonial, calls to action and footer content.
- On brand by default: Email AI automatically uses your Brand Board, including your logo and brand colors, so new emails match your existing look and feel.
- Personalization: Add merge fields such as {{contact.first_name}} so each recipient sees personalized content.
- Edit by chatting: Type requests like “Make the brand color blue” and Email AI updates buttons, labels, accents and backgrounds across the full email for you.
- Code view: Open the email’s HTML next to a live preview so you can review and adjust the code while seeing changes in real time.
- Visual edits: Click any element to fine-tune typography, colors, spacing and borders without working directly in the code.
- Design editor: Switch at any time. EveryCatch opens a copy of the email in the drag-and-drop Design editor so you can keep building on the layout with familiar tools.
How to use it
- Go to Marketing > Emails.
- Click Create with AI.
- Describe the email you want, or select one of the suggested ideas as your starting point.
- Refine your email by chatting with Email AI, editing in the code view, using Visual edits, or switching to the Design editor for drag-and-drop changes.
Why it matters
- Faster email creation: Turn a single prompt into a complete, send-ready email design in minutes.
- No design skills needed: Ask for changes in plain language, then move into code, Visual edits or the Design editor whenever you want more detailed control.
- On brand by default: Your Brand Board is applied automatically so new emails stay visually consistent with your brand.
Good to know
- Keep your Brand Board updated with your latest logo and colors so Email AI always uses your current branding.
- When you switch to the Design editor, EveryCatch creates a separate copy of the email, and the converted layout may differ slightly from the original AI version.
