Sync and manage all your Meta campaigns in ad manager

Overview

Whether you build campaigns in Meta or in EveryCatch, EveryCatch Ad Manager is now the central place to manage them all.

As soon as you connect your Meta ad account, all your existing Meta campaigns are available to manage in EveryCatch Ad Manager. When you edit a campaign in Ad Manager or in Meta Ads Manager, we keep both versions synced automatically. You can now manage, edit, and report on every Meta campaign from one workspace.

If your Meta account is already connected, just turn on two-way sync in your Ad Manager settings and your existing campaigns will start appearing in Ad Manager.

What changed

• Your Meta campaigns, ready instantly: Connect your Meta ad account and choose whether to sync all existing campaigns or narrow it down by campaign status and time period. Your campaigns, ad sets, and ads begin syncing into Ad Manager in the background, so you can continue working while everything imports.
• Edit anywhere, stay in sync: Changes you make in Ad Manager automatically update in Meta, and changes made in Meta automatically flow back into Ad Manager.
• See where each campaign came from: Your Campaigns page now has two sections, Created in Ad Manager and Synced from Meta, along with an All campaigns view. Each campaign includes a badge that shows where it was originally created.

• Edit in the builder you already know: Synced campaigns open in the same full-screen Ad Manager campaign builder you already use, and your existing advanced Meta settings are preserved.
• All your results in one report: Key campaign metrics like impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, leads, CTR, CPC, CPL, and others are tracked and displayed consistently for every campaign, no matter where it was created.
• Refresh or update your selection anytime: Click Refresh under Meta account settings to pull in the latest changes from Meta whenever you need, or adjust which campaigns you sync at any time. Your updates appear in Ad Manager in near real-time.

How to use it

New to ad manager? Connect your Meta ad account

1. Go to Ad Manager → Link Meta ad account.
2. Choose to import all existing campaigns or select which campaigns to sync by campaign status and time period.
3. Click Connect account. Your campaigns will begin syncing in the background.

Already connected to Meta? Turn on sync

1. Go to Ad Manager → Settings → Meta ad account.
2. Turn on the Sync toggle.
3. Choose which campaigns to sync by campaign status and time period, then click Save.

Manage your synced campaigns

1. Go to Ad Manager → Campaigns → Synced from Meta.
2. Click a campaign to open it in the builder, or expand the row to view its ad sets and ads.
3. Make your changes and save. Your updates are sent to Meta automatically.

Note

• You can keep using the EveryCatch Ad Manager while your campaigns sync in the background.
• To customise which campaigns sync, go to Ad Manager → Settings → Meta ad account.
• Campaigns sync in near real-time, so changes appear in both EveryCatch and Meta shortly after you make them.
