You can now bring your existing n8n automations into EveryCatch as managed agents without rebuilding everything from scratch.
With the new n8n workflow importer, you upload your n8n workflow JSON and EveryCatch analyzes it, maps the steps, and converts it into a managed agent for you.
You then review what was imported, make any adjustments you need, and your agent is ready to use.
What changed
Import your n8n workflows
You can now upload an n8n workflow export file (.json) or paste the JSON directly into EveryCatch.
EveryCatch uses AI to automatically analyze the workflow and convert it into a managed agent that follows the same logic as your original automation where possible.
All imported agents are grouped inside a dedicated folder called Imported from n8n so you can quickly find, test, and manage them.
Intelligent workflow conversion
Triggers such as webhooks, schedules, forms, appointments, and other events are mapped to the closest supported EveryCatch triggers.
Logic and conditions from IF or Switch nodes become agent decision rules, and Wait nodes are converted into scheduled follow ups where that behavior is supported.
Existing AI nodes are translated into the agent’s own reasoning steps and instructions so your logic is handled by the managed agent itself.
Apps and APIs are mapped to Marketplace connections, CRM actions, or API calls, depending on what is available inside EveryCatch.
Full transparency before importing
You see which steps were carried over as is, which ones were adapted, and which ones could not be converted.
This view helps you understand exactly what changed and why during the import process.
You can also quickly spot anything that needs manual configuration before you publish the agent.
Review, configure and publish
Connect any required apps, re enter credentials where needed, and configure custom values that the importer flags for you.
Review webhook URLs, external IDs, and knowledge base settings to make sure they match your current environment.
You can save the agent as a draft while you are still configuring it, or publish it once you have completed the required setup.
After importing, you can keep refining the agent using the AI Builder to adjust instructions, behaviors, and integrations over time.
How to use
1. Go to AI agents → Agent studio. 2. Click Import from → n8n (Beta). 3. Upload your n8n workflow JSON file or paste the JSON directly. 4. Review the converted workflow and complete any required setup. 5. Click Save as draft or Create and publish when you are ready.
Select Import from → n8n (Beta).
Upload your n8n workflow JSON or paste it directly into the importer.
Review the converted workflow, check the flagged items, and complete any required setup.
Click Save as draft to keep working later, or Create and publish to make the agent live.
Secure and reliable
EveryCatch only creates an agent when you explicitly choose to save or publish after reviewing the import.
Your existing n8n credentials and API keys are never imported into EveryCatch. You will always reconnect services using your own credentials.
External IDs and important configuration values are clearly flagged so you can verify them before the agent goes live.
Any unsupported steps are highlighted so you can see what needs attention instead of them being silently ignored.
Why this matters
Your existing n8n automations can now become AI powered managed agents inside EveryCatch in a few minutes.
Instead of maintaining complex node based workflows, you can manage your automations through natural language instructions, built in AI reasoning, and native EveryCatch integrations.
You spend less time rebuilding and maintaining and more time running intelligent automation directly in EveryCatch.
