AI Builder in EveryCatch workflows now connects your automation directly to the records in your account. When you mention a form, pipeline, snippet, tag, user, or other item by name in your prompt, AI Builder looks it up in your account and configures that step with the matching record. One prompt can create a workflow that is already wired to your existing data.
What changed
Built and configured in one go
- Previously, AI Builder created the triggers and actions, and you still had to open each step to choose the correct form, pipeline, stage, or snippet yourself.
- Now, when you reference specific records by name in your prompt, AI Builder looks them up in your EveryCatch account and fills them into each step as it builds, so you can usually skip a manual configuration pass afterward.
You can see it find your data
- While the workflow is being created, the build progress view shows each record that AI Builder matches, with messages like "Found form", "Found pipeline", and "Found email template" so you can clearly see what it is connecting.
Every step uses your real records
- Form Submitted: The trigger filter is automatically set to the exact form name you used in your prompt.
- Create Opportunity: The pipeline and stage are pulled from your existing pipelines, using the names you provided.
- Send Email: The email subject and body are taken from the snippet you referenced, and that snippet is linked directly in the action.
- Add Tag: AI Builder attaches the existing tag in your account instead of generating a new one.
- Create Task: The task is assigned to the user you named in your instructions.
- Add to Workflow: The step connects to the existing workflow you specify by name.
- Update Contact Field: The action updates the contact custom field you mentioned in your prompt.
Works with the records you already use
- Workflows and automation: Workflows, campaigns
- CRM and account: Users, teams, tags, trigger links, countries, phone numbers, number pools
- Opportunities: Pipelines, pipeline stages, opportunity custom fields
- Calendars: Calendars, calendar services, calendar service categories, calendar service locations
- Forms and content: Forms, surveys, funnels, videos, certificates
- Products and memberships: Global products, membership products, membership categories, membership lessons, membership offers, affiliate campaigns
- Fields, objects, and values: Custom values, contact standard fields, contact custom fields, business custom fields, custom objects, custom object fields
- Templates: Email templates, SMS templates, estimate templates, invoice templates
- Social: Facebook pages, Facebook forms, Instagram pages
How to use
- Go to Automation > Workflows in your EveryCatch account.
- Create a new workflow or open an existing one, then open AI Builder from the workflow view.
- Write your prompt. Use the exact record names from your account, for example: "Pipeline: Marketing, Stage: New Lead" or "use the existing snippet Welcome Email".
- Send the prompt and watch the progress view as AI Builder locates each record and links it into the build.
- Open each step in the workflow and review the values that AI Builder set for you.
- Test the workflow end to end, then publish when everything behaves as expected.
Important: Always review each step before you publish. If any step selected the wrong record, you can either ask AI Builder to update it in a new prompt or open the action yourself and choose the correct record from the dropdown.
Why this matters
Previously, AI Builder handled the flow and you still had to click into each action to assign the values you already knew. That extra configuration work now happens during the build so the workflow comes back in a more complete state.
- Less manual setup: You spend less time configuring each field one by one after the workflow is generated.
- Fewer mistakes: AI Builder connects to existing records in your account, which helps avoid duplicate tags or steps pointing at the wrong form.
- Closer to ready: The workflow you get back is much closer to something you can run tests on and then move live.
When you name the record in your prompt, AI Builder sets it in the workflow for you.
Good to know
- AI Builder can only use records that already exist in your EveryCatch account, and it relies on the exact name to find them.
- Some configuration still requires your input, such as credentials and other sensitive settings. These will appear in the Post-Generation To-Do List so you can complete them before publishing.
