Turn your social media activity into automated workflows that keep your team on track.
EveryCatch now lets you trigger workflows from Social Planner posts, based on post status and publishing events. You can track failed posts, streamline approvals, and monitor what gets published so your team stays informed without constant manual checking.
What changed
Trigger workflows based on post status
You can now automate actions at each stage of your social publishing process using these statuses:
- Approval Requested: Run automations when a post is submitted for approval.
- Approved: Trigger next steps when a post is approved.
- Approval Rejected: Notify your team when a post is rejected.
- Scheduled: Start actions when a post is scheduled for publishing.
- Published: Launch follow-ups when a post is successfully published.
- Failed: Alert your team when a post fails to publish so they can review and fix the issue.
Filter by category, platform, and post type
You can fine-tune which posts trigger a workflow using flexible filters so the right automations apply to the right content.
- Category: Run workflows only for selected content categories, such as promotions, announcements, or educational posts.
- Platform: Choose specific platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, Google Business Profile (GBP), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Post Type: Apply different rules for Carousels, Posts, Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
Target specific social accounts and tags
You can build precise workflows that use your connected Social Planner accounts and existing post tags. This is especially useful if you manage multiple brands, clients, or social profiles that follow different publishing rules or need different approval paths.
