Overview
EveryCatch Conversations now includes six new filters that give you finer control over how you organise and manage your inbox. You can now filter conversations by Channel account, Last call status, Contact type, Opportunity pipeline, Opportunity stage, and Opportunity status. Before this update, finding conversations tied to a specific phone number, missed call, or opportunity often meant manually scanning your inbox or switching between Conversations, Contacts, and Opportunities. With these new filters, you can quickly narrow your view, spot conversations that need attention, and respond faster. All six filters also work with your existing filters, and you can combine them using AND/OR conditions to create exactly the view you need.
What changed
You now have six additional filters in the Conversations filter panel.
- Opportunity pipeline: Filter conversations based on the pipeline connected to a contact's opportunity. If a contact has opportunities in multiple pipelines, the conversation appears when at least one opportunity matches the pipeline you select. This helps teams working with several sales pipelines focus on conversations that match a specific sales process.
- Opportunity stage: Filter conversations based on the stage of a contact's opportunity. Available stages update automatically based on the pipeline you choose. Sales reps can quickly find conversations with contacts in stages such as Appointment scheduled, Proposal sent, or Negotiation and then prioritise their follow-ups.
- Opportunity status: Filter conversations based on the status of a contact's opportunity: open, won, lost, or abandoned. Teams can stay focused on active opportunities, revisit lost deals, or review conversations linked to closed opportunities.
- Channel account: Filter conversations based on the specific channel account associated with the most recent message, such as a particular phone number, connected Facebook page, or connected Instagram account. Agencies or teams managing multiple phone numbers or social profiles can narrow the inbox to conversations from a single number or page instead of browsing the full list.
- Last call status: Filter conversations based on the outcome of the most recent call, including completed, no answer, or voicemail. Sales and support teams can quickly pick out unanswered calls or voicemails and prioritise callbacks.
- Contact type: Filter conversations using the contact's type, including Leads, Customers, and any custom contact types configured in your account. This lets you separate conversations with leads from those with existing customers so you can manage sales follow-ups and customer support in a more structured way.
How to use
- Go to Conversations and click the Filters icon at the top of the conversation list.
- Open the Filter type dropdown and choose one of the new filters.
- Select one or more values, such as a channel account, a call status, or a pipeline stage, then click Apply.
- Add more filters to combine conditions as needed. Use Clear to reset your inbox view.
Why it matters
These options bring CRM context directly into your inbox so you can act on the conversations that matter right now, such as missed calls that need a callback, open deals waiting on a reply, or customers who need support, without scrolling past unrelated messages or moving between Conversations, Contacts, and Opportunities.
