What changed
You can now choose a default phone number (SMS and WhatsApp) and email address for review requests at the location level. Once you set these defaults, EveryCatch will automatically use your chosen sender details for review requests across:
- Manual review requests
- Campaigns
- Workflows

To set this up, go to Reputation → Settings → Email (Phone/WhatsApp) Review Request, then choose the default phone number and email address you want to use for that location. EveryCatch will then apply these sender details automatically whenever you send review requests from that location.
