WhatsApp flows in your customer's language

Appointment booking flows in EveryCatch now support 13 languages. When you create a new booking flow, you can choose a language and your customer will see the entire experience in that language, from the timezone and date pickers through to the confirm button. Form flows already work in any language you choose to write them in.

You get Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Dutch and the Nordic languages out of the box. Your customers can book in their own language, on the WhatsApp app they already use every day.

    What changed

    13 languages for appointment booking

    • Choose when you connect your calendar: Pick the language while setting up the flow and the whole booking experience follows that choice. You can select English, German, Spanish, French (France and Canada), Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Danish, Finnish or Swedish.
    • Regional variants where they matter: Use French tailored for France or Canada, and Portuguese tailored for Brazil or Portugal, so the wording fits the local market instead of feeling generic.
    • Everything in the booking flow matches the language: The timezone picker, date and time selectors, field labels, helper text and the confirm button all appear in the language you selected.

Form flows in any language at all

    • Write it, send it: Because you create the questions yourself, a form flow displays in whatever language you write it in. There is no language picker to manage and no fixed list to work around.
    • Build one form per market: Create your intake form in Spanish for your Spanish-speaking contacts and in English for everyone else, and send each group the version that fits them.

    See it before you publish

    • Live preview in your chosen language: The preview shows your flow exactly as your customer will see it, in the language you selected, so you can confirm that everything reads correctly before you publish.
    • Visible at a glance: The language for each flow appears as a column in your flows list, so you can quickly review which languages you already cover and where you might want to add another version.

    Where this pays off

    • Serving Latin America: Spanish and both Portuguese variants mean your customers in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil and beyond can book appointments in their own language instead of working through English screens.
    • European agencies: German, French, Italian, Dutch and the Nordic languages give you coverage across much of Europe from a single setup in EveryCatch.
    • Businesses with mixed audiences: Build the same booking flow in two or three languages and send the version that matches each contact, based on who you are messaging.
    • Anyone selling internationally: Asking someone to book in a second language adds friction to the process. Reducing that friction often leads to more completed bookings with very little extra work.

    How to use it

    1. Go to Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows in EveryCatch.
    2. Click Create flow and choose Appointment booking.
    3. On Flow details, select your calendar, then choose the Language for this booking flow.
    4. Check the live preview, which renders the booking experience in the language you selected.
    5. Continue to the WhatsApp template step and publish your flow.

For a form flow, simply write your form in the language you want and send it as a flow. The language you write in is the language your customer will see in WhatsApp.

Why this matters for your business

WhatsApp is the main messaging channel across Latin America and much of Europe, and many of those customers are not talking to you in English. A booking flow in a customer’s own language can be the difference between a confirmed appointment and a conversation that stalls at the calendar step. Language-aware flows in EveryCatch help your booking experience match how your customers already communicate.

    • Let customers book in their own language, across 11 languages and 13 regional options
    • Reach Latin America with the right coverage, using Spanish and both Portuguese variants
    • Run a single playbook across Europe, with German, French, Italian, Dutch and the Nordic languages
    • Collect form responses in any language, simply by writing the form in the way your market speaks
    • Keep your flows organised, with language visible in your flows list so you can spot gaps quickly

Open Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows and create your next booking flow in your customer’s language using EveryCatch.
