Overview
You can now control exactly which HubSpot records you bring into EveryCatch. During the HubSpot import, the Preview step lets you filter Contacts, Deals, Companies, and Tasks by when they were created or last modified in HubSpot, so you pull in the records you care about and leave out older or less relevant data.
What changed
- You can filter each object type (Contacts, Deals, Companies, Tasks) separately on the Preview and import step.
- You can filter by HubSpot Created Date or HubSpot Last Modified Date.
- You can choose relative date ranges such as In the last 6 months or This quarter, or set specific dates using On, Before, After, and Between.
- You can see the exact date range covered by a filter before you apply it.
- You can combine multiple conditions using AND / OR to fine-tune which records are included.
- You can apply the same set of filters to every selected object with one click.
- Record counts update immediately so you can see how many records match your filters and how many will be imported.
How it works
- In EveryCatch, go to Contacts, Companies, or Opportunities, click Import, then choose Import from HubSpot.
- Move through the import wizard until you reach the Preview and import step.
- On any records row, such as Contacts – records, click the edit (pencil) icon to open filter options.
- Choose a field, a condition, and a value. Use Add nested filter if you want to combine conditions with AND or OR.
- Click Apply filters to update that object, or Apply filters to all objects to reuse the same conditions for every selected object.
- Check the refreshed record counts, then click Confirm and start import when you are ready.
Benefits
- You can migrate only recent or active records to keep your workspace current.
- Imports can be smaller and faster, which makes them easier to review and verify.
- You reduce the amount of unwanted or outdated data you need to clean up afterward.
- You know exactly how many records will be imported before you start the import.
Notes
Filters are optional. If you leave them empty, EveryCatch will import all available records.
"In the last" date filters exclude today.
Filters currently support HubSpot Created Date and HubSpot Last Modified Date fields.
