Your Ask AI chats are now yours alone

Ask AI chat history on mobile now shows only your own conversations, so your past chats stay personal to you.

On the EveryCatch mobile app, Ask AI chat history is now filtered to your sessions only. You will see the conversations you started, not chats opened by other teammates using the same account.

The challenge

When several users on the same account used Ask AI on mobile, the chat history could display everyone's sessions for that location. This made it harder to find your own threads and created privacy concerns for teams working from a shared account.

Our solution

The mobile app now loads Ask AI history per user, aligned with how access works on the web. When you open Chat history, you see only the conversations you started. The list also refreshes automatically whenever you switch accounts or sign in as a different user on the same device.

How to get started

1. Open Ask AI: In the EveryCatch mobile app, tap Ask AI from the floating action button, home screen, or dashboard.
2. View your history: Tap the history icon in the Ask AI header to open Chat history and see your past sessions.
3. Pick up where you left off: Select any of your previous chats to continue the conversation from where you stopped.

Good to know

• Scope: This change applies to the Chat history list only. It does not affect live chat or how new messages are sent and received.
• Who sees what: Each logged-in user sees the Ask AI sessions tied to their own user account within the current account.
• Switching context: History clears and reloads whenever you switch accounts or when a different user signs in on the same device, so the visible chats always match the active user.
• Empty history: If your location or user context is not fully set up yet, you will see an empty list instead of an incomplete or incorrect one.
