Smarter drip campaigns with review date range targeting

What changed

When you set up a drip campaign in EveryCatch, you can now target reviews using an exact review date range instead of only using a fixed review age. This gives you direct control over the start and end dates for the reviews you want the campaign to include.

Before you launch the campaign, you will also see

• The total number of reviews that match your selected filters.
• A clear indicator of whether any reviews match your chosen criteria.
• Built-in validation that stops you from launching a campaign with zero eligible reviews.

Existing age-based campaigns will continue to work without any changes

To use this in your account, go to Reputation -> Settings -> Reviews AI -> Drip Campaign. From there, you can configure your review date range and other filters before launching.
