Retry failed posts in social planner
EveryCatch now lets you quickly retry or reschedule failed publishing attempts directly in Social Planner, so you can fix issues in a few clicks instead of cloning posts or rebuilding content.
- Retry a post instantly
When a post fails to publish, you can select Retry now to publish it again using the exact same content, settings, and connected social accounts as before.
If the retry works, the post automatically moves into the Published state so you can see that it went live successfully.
- Reschedule failed posts
If you want to try again at a different time, choose Reschedule post and pick a new future date and time. The failed post moves back to the Scheduled state and will attempt to publish at the updated time.
- Use quick recovery actions
Failed posts now include clear recovery options in the post actions menu. You can access Retry now and Reschedule post from:
- List view
- Grid view
- Post preview
This lets you recover from temporary publishing issues without cloning posts or rebuilding your content.
- Go to Marketing → Social Planner
- Open the Failed posts section
- Click the 3-dot menu on a failed post
- Choose one of the following
- Retry post now
- Reschedule post
- Confirm your action in the popup to complete the retry or reschedule.
- Recover from publishing failures faster
- Avoid cloning and recreating posts after issues
- Keep your campaigns running with less disruption
- Save time for teams managing many social accounts
- Handle common publishing issues directly, without extra support
- Works only for posts currently in the Failed state
- Bulk retry for multiple posts at once is not included in this release
- Automatic retries are not currently supported
