Prospect AI major improvements now live
Prospect AI is getting a major upgrade to give you tighter control over how leads are discovered, when agents run, and how prospects are enriched and managed.
What began as a simple automated lead finder is evolving into a more complete prospecting engine. You can now fine-tune how each agent searches and behaves so you get the right leads at the right time. You will find Prospect AI in Agency: Prospecting > Prospect AI or in any sub-account under Marketing > Prospecting > Prospect AI.
Multiple AI agents and higher lead limits
- You are no longer limited to a single AI agent.
- You can now create multiple Prospect AI agents, each targeting its own niche, location, or prospecting strategy.
Example
- Agent Alex → Dentists in Dallas
- Agent Sarah → HVAC contractors in Austin
- Agent Mike → Roofers in Houston
Each agent can have its own settings for:
- Niches
- Locations
- Search radius
- Prospect filters
- Audit preferences
- Lead enrichment settings
- Increased monthly limits (shared across agents per account)
Prospect AI capacity has expanded significantly
Prospect AI can now generate far more leads each month compared to earlier limits, which usually produced around 10–15 prospects per month.
- Plan monthly Prospect AI leads
- Default basic prospecting up to 50/month
- Premium prospecting up to 100/month
Important: Limits are applied per account, not per agent.
The team is actively exploring ways to increase these limits over time as usage and feedback continue to grow.
Best practice: Prospect AI relies on Google Maps data. If your targeting is very narrow and you run agents repeatedly, you may eventually see fewer available prospects. To keep results fresh, review your niches, locations, and filters regularly and adjust them as needed.
Smarter weekly scheduling
Previously, when you created an agent and set a weekly schedule, the agent would often wait until the next full cycle before running.
Example
- You create an agent on Tuesday and set schedule = Friday.
- The agent waits until the next week’s Friday before it runs for the first time.
New behavior
- Prospect AI now starts agents much faster.
- If the scheduled day for the week has not passed yet, the agent will run in the current week instead of waiting for the next weekly cycle.
Note: If the scheduled run time is within the next 24–36 hours, the first run may still move to the following cycle because of processing windows and load management.
Smarter monthly scheduling
Monthly schedules now line up more predictably with when you create new agents.
Example
You create an agent during the first week of the month.
You set the schedule to run in the second week.
- Previously: The agent would often wait until the second week of the following month.
- Now: If the selected week in the current month has not passed yet, Prospect AI will run during that current month.
This change helps agencies start seeing results much sooner after initial setup, without waiting through an extra monthly cycle.
Monthly lead allocation across agents
Managing multiple agents is now easier. EveryCatch has improved how you allocate your monthly Prospect AI leads across agents so you can see in real time where your capacity is going.
- Better visual indicators
- Clearer color coding
- Real-time visibility into: total monthly allowance, leads already assigned to other agents, leads allocated to the current agent, remaining available capacity
This makes it simpler to split your lead budget across different territories, niches, and strategies without overspending or underusing your monthly allowance.
Audit and enrichment controls
Prospect AI now gives you finer control over what happens after a prospect is discovered so you can match enrichment to your sales process and costs.
You can choose which Marketing Audit sections should be generated automatically for new prospects. This lets you enable deeper audits for your highest-value niches while keeping things lean in other areas.
Automatically create contacts in sub-accounts
For prospecting inside a specific account, you can now decide how new prospects should appear in that account’s CRM.
- Create a contact automatically whenever a new prospect is found, so they immediately enter your CRM and workflows.
- Or only create a prospect record in Prospect AI and hold off on creating CRM contacts until you are ready.
This flexibility helps agencies control list quality, stay organized, and align prospecting with their existing CRM workflows and automation.
Why this matters
Prospect AI is evolving into a configurable prospecting system that fits how your agency finds and manages new business.
With features like:
- Multiple agents
- Territory management
- Lead allocation
- Automated audits
- Contact creation
You can set up an AI-powered prospecting operation that runs in the background and continuously uncovers new opportunities for your team to engage.
Coming next
The next wave of Prospect AI capabilities is already planned so you can move even faster from identified lead to active opportunity.
- Automatic opportunity creation: Agents will be able to create opportunities directly inside your account pipeline whenever new prospects are discovered.
- Run history and logs: See when an agent last ran, how many prospects were found, success or failure status, and detailed execution logs.
- Personalized outreach drafts: Generate AI-powered email drafts tailored to audit findings, business weaknesses, and your agency’s strengths.
- Workflow trigger source filter for each agent so you can control which agents’ leads activate specific workflows.
You can share ideas and suggestions for Prospect AI improvements through the feedback channel in your EveryCatch workspace.
All of these enhancements aim to help you move from discovery to outreach faster and with less manual work.
