Local SEO heatmaps just got more powerful in local marketing audit

August 17, 2026

Your prospects don’t rank the same way for every service they offer - so why analyze them using only one heatmap?

We’ve upgraded Local SEO heatmaps inside Marketing Audit Reports to give you more control over keywords, coverage, and what your prospects see when you share the report.

What changed

Generate up to 3 heatmaps per report

You can now create up to 3 Local SEO heatmaps for the same business, each with its own

  • Keyword
  • Grid size
  • Search radius

For example, a plumbing business could have separate heatmaps for “emergency plumber,” “water heater repair,” and “drain cleaning” - giving you a much clearer picture of where the business is winning or losing visibility.

Have a grid size and radius you use for most audits?

  • You can now set your preferred default grid size and radius, and we'll use those settings when creating future reports.
  • Less repetitive setup, more consistent audits.

Remove the default keyword

Don't want to use the keyword automatically selected for the report?

You can now remove it and focus your Local SEO analysis on the keywords that matter most to the business and the services you're selling.

Share multiple heatmaps with prospects

Multiple heatmaps aren't just for your internal analysis.

When you share a Marketing Audit Report via web, your prospect can now switch between the different heatmaps you've created and see how their local visibility changes across keywords.

This makes it much easier to demonstrate opportunities across multiple services in a single report.

Why this matters

  1. Local visibility isn't one-dimensional.
  2. With multiple keywords, configurable coverage, and multiple heatmaps in shared reports, you can build a much stronger Local SEO story around where a prospect ranks, what they rank for, and where the opportunities are.

Where to access local marketing audit

You can use Local Marketing Audit for both finding new opportunities and tracking the local performance of existing clients.

  1. Go to Agency → Prospecting, search for a business, and add it as a prospect.
  2. Generate its Marketing Audit Report to uncover Local SEO opportunities, then share the report with the prospect to start a more informed sales conversation.

Track local maps ranking for existing clients
