Live sessions in courses make it easy to plan, host, and reuse live learning in one place. Whether you are running a single workshop or a recurring program, you can now deliver live sessions directly inside your EveryCatch course.

What changed

Flexible session scheduling

You can now schedule both one-time live sessions and recurring live series directly inside a course.

Recurring sessions support daily, weekly, and custom schedules, with full timezone awareness so the correct time is shown to every participant wherever they are.

Built into the course experience

Live sessions now appear inside the course outline in their own dedicated section, so you and your learners can find them quickly.

Each session shows up as a card with key details at a glance, which makes it easy to scan the list and keep track of what is coming up next.

Better management & control

You can edit or cancel any live session at any time from within the course.

For recurring series, you can choose whether a change applies to just one date or to all future dates in the series, so you can adjust individual sessions without having to rebuild the full schedule.

Smarter go-live & notifications

The Go live button becomes available 15 minutes before the scheduled start time so hosts can open the room, get set up, and begin when they are ready.

Admins receive reminder emails, and you can manage which notifications learners receive for session reminders, schedule changes, and when a session goes live.

Enhanced learner experience with recordings

Learners see a dedicated live sessions section inside their course, along with relevant reminders so they know what is scheduled and when to join.

Once a session ends, you can access the recording, download it, or add it back into the course as a lesson so learners can watch or review it later.
