Google ads widgets for dashboards - your ad performance, right where you work
What changed
- You now have a dedicated Google Ads section in the EveryCatch dashboards widget panel. Connect your Google Ads account once at the account level and all 11 Google Ads widgets will automatically pull your data into any dashboard.
- EveryCatch now provides 11 ready-to-use Google Ads widgets: Total conversions, Conversions over time, Total cost, Cost over time, Total clicks, Clicks over time, Total impressions, Impressions over time, Clicks by campaign, Conversions by campaign, and CPC (cost per click).
- Each Google Ads widget is fully configurable. You can filter by Campaign, Campaign type, Zero impressions, Zero conversions, or PPC markup so you only show the specific performance data you or your clients care about.
- Google Ads metrics are now available as dimensions in Custom Metrics. You can build cross-module KPIs, such as ROAS or Cost per closed deal, directly in the formula builder using your Google Ads data alongside pipeline and revenue metrics.
How it works
- First, connect Google Ads at the account level under Settings → Integrations → Google Ads. Once connected, all Google Ads widgets automatically inherit this connection and start pulling data.
- Open any dashboard in EveryCatch and click Edit dashboard to start adding or adjusting widgets.
- Click + Add widget, then scroll to the new Google Ads section to see all 11 prebuilt Google Ads widgets.
- Choose the widget you want, confirm your linked Google Ads account in the Integration tab, set your preferred filters and chart type, then click Save changes to add it to your dashboard.
Why it matters
- You can now keep everything in one place. Google Ads performance sits alongside your other EveryCatch reporting widgets, so location admins can monitor spend, clicks, and conversions without switching into a separate Google Ads interface.
- You get clear spend visibility at a glance. Total cost and Cost over time widgets show how much you are spending and when, so monthly ad spend is easy to track and explain to clients.
- You can quickly see what is working. Clicks by campaign and Conversions by campaign break results down by campaign, which makes it easier to spot top-performing campaigns and those that may need attention.
- You can connect ad spend to business outcomes. With Google Ads metrics now available in Custom Metrics, you can combine ad data with your pipeline and revenue data to show clients the return they are getting from their Google Ads investment.
What's next?
EveryCatch is planning additional cross-channel reporting options that will combine Google Ads with other marketing sources in your dashboards and reports.
Notes
- Google Ads must be connected at the account level before any Google Ads widgets will display data. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Ads to connect your account.
- All 11 Google Ads widgets support filtering by Campaign, Campaign type, Zero impressions, Zero conversions, and PPC markup so you can fine-tune what appears on each dashboard.
- These Google Ads widgets are available in Dashboards, Reporting, and Custom Metrics throughout EveryCatch.
- The new Google Ads reporting widgets are available on all plans that include Dashboards & Reporting.
