Enhanced sell products experience in forms and surveys

Selling through EveryCatch Forms and Surveys is now smoother and faster. The Sell products experience has been refreshed with a single payment configuration panel on the right side, so you can connect payment providers and set up products in one place. You also get support for price levels and variant selection, which gives your customers clearer choices and makes it easier for you to manage different pricing and product options.

What changed

The Sell products element in Forms and Surveys now offers a cleaner, more guided payment setup experience with:

1. A unified payment configuration panel on the right side of the builder
2. The ability to connect payment providers directly without leaving the builder
3. Support for selecting product price levels
4. Support for selecting product variants

3. Let customers pick from multiple price levels where you support different prices for the same product
4. Offer product variant selection (such as size or color) when variants have been set up for a product

8. Keep all existing payment settings working as before, with no loss of current functionality

How it works

1. Add a Sell products element to your Form or Survey in the builder.
2. Open the unified Payment panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. If you have not already done so, connect your preferred payment provider directly from this panel.
4. Choose the products you want to sell and configure any available price levels and variants for each one.
5. Your customers then select their preferred pricing and product options while filling out the form or survey, before they submit.
6. EveryCatch carries the selected configuration through to checkout, invoicing, and payment processing so records stay accurate.

Notes

1. Your existing Forms and Surveys keep working the same way they do today without any required changes.
2. Price level and variant selection are available only for products that support multiple price levels or variants in your product setup.
3. No updates are applied to your current Forms or Surveys unless you open them and change the payment configuration yourself.
4. The enhanced Sell products experience works on both desktop and mobile for you and your customers.
