Email AI smart countdown timers

Email AI in EveryCatch now spots when your email would benefit from a live countdown timer and walks you through adding one while you create a new template or update an existing layout.

What changed

EveryCatch has added countdown timer tools directly into Email AI so it can suggest, configure, and insert a countdown timer into emails where it makes sense.

How it works

Email AI looks for time-sensitive content such as flash sales, product launches, webinars, and expiring offers. It will offer to add a countdown timer only when it detects a clear deadline in your email content or when you specifically ask for a timer.

• From there, you can:

1. Select an existing timer that you have already set up.
2. Create a new timer directly from the Email AI flow.

When you create a new timer, Email AI will prompt you to set the timer’s end date, choose a style that fits your email, and provide the link where readers should go when they click the timer.

Once you confirm your choices, Email AI automatically embeds the selected countdown timer into the generated email content.

If you skip the timer prompt or it times out, Email AI continues generating your email as usual so you can keep working without interruption.
