Ecommerce actions in button “link to” settings
What changed
You can now connect website buttons directly to ecommerce actions in EveryCatch. This makes it easier to drive key actions like adding products to cart, sending visitors straight to checkout, or opening a specific collection from any page on your site.
New button "link to" options include:
- Add to cart
- Choose the product and pricing option you want this button to control.
- If you choose All prices, customers will see a product detail (PDP-style) modal where they can select variants and quantities before adding to cart.
- If you choose Single price, the button will add that specific product and price directly to the cart with quantity set to 1.
- Buy now
- If you choose All prices, the PDP-style modal opens with a Buy now button so customers can purchase immediately from the modal.
- If you choose Single price, clicking the button sends customers directly to checkout with that product and price already loaded.
- Collection
- Link a button to the product list page for a specific collection, with that collection’s filters already applied.
How to use it
- Open Website Builder in EveryCatch and select the button element you want to configure.
- In the Link to dropdown, choose Add to cart, Buy now, or Collection.
- Select the product, price option, or collection you want to associate with the button.
- Save your changes and publish your site so the new button behavior goes live.
A few details to know
- These ecommerce link options are available for Websites only, not Funnels.
- If your account does not yet have a store set up, you will be prompted to create one before using these options.
- If the product or price linked to a button is deleted, that button will be disabled and will no longer perform the ecommerce action.
- If the linked collection is deleted, visitors who click that button will land on a 404 page.
