EveryCatch has upgraded the audio transcription that powers Conversations AI, so it can understand voice messages and audio notes more accurately across your customer conversations.

With this enhancement, Conversations AI now offers:

• Higher transcription accuracy for voice messages and audio notes
• Broader support for additional spoken languages
• Improved reliability and stability when processing audio

This helps Conversations AI capture what your customers mean when they speak, which leads to more accurate, natural replies and smoother voice-based conversations.

How it works

1. Improved voice understanding

• Conversations AI now uses an enhanced speech recognition engine in the background.
• It is better at recognizing natural, conversational speech, even when customers talk quickly or informally.
• Handling of different accents and pronunciation styles is improved, so customers from more regions can be understood clearly.
• The system is more accurate at picking up true customer intent from audio messages, which helps reduce misunderstandings in replies.
• Performance is stronger when audio is noisy or recorded with lower-quality microphones, so you can still rely on voice-to-text results.
