Contacts just got faster and clearer on mobile

June 30, 2026

Contacts in the EveryCatch mobile app are now easier to scan, faster to move through, and simpler to update while you are on the go.

What’s updated

  • Contact list - A new top header combines search and smart list selection in one place, with swipe actions and clearer empty states so you can see your options at a glance.
  • Contact card - A redesigned profile card now shows the avatar, owner, followers, and tags together in a single, organized layout so you see key context as soon as you open a contact.
  • Profile header - The Edit button now appears prominently in the header for one-tap updates, alongside a menu for Share, Do Not Disturb, and Delete actions.
  • Details tab - You can search within fields and folders, filter to show all fields, hide empty fields, or show only empty ones, and edit field values inline without leaving the tab.
  • Folder structure - Folders on the contact now expand inline so you can tap to edit any field, see highlighted search terms, and quickly copy or map values such as addresses.
  • Contact tabs - The Activity, Tasks, Notes, Appointments, Payments, Docs & Files, and Opportunities tabs now use the updated design. Tasks and Opportunities tabs show counts so you instantly see what is pending.
  • Create & edit - Contact create and edit forms are refreshed, including a simplified tag editor, Do Not Disturb settings, automation options, and profile photo controls.
  • List interactions - When you swipe a contact in the list, you can Call, Message, Share, Delete, or tap More to copy the name, email, phone, address, or all contact details.

How this helps you

  • Edit is a single tap from the profile header, so you can quickly change a contact without digging through menus.
  • Swipe actions in the list let you call, message, share, or copy key details without opening the full contact view.
  • Task and Opportunity counts on each tab show how much follow-up is waiting for that contact, so you can prioritize faster.
  • Search and filters in the Details tab help you find the exact field you need and choose whether empty values are visible while you work.
  • You can tap fields to copy values or open addresses directly in your maps app for quick navigation from the contact record.
  • Expandable folders keep your custom fields grouped and editable in place so you can update information while staying in context.
  • Profile photo controls let you add, change, or remove a contact image from your camera or gallery so records stay accurate and recognizable.
  • A consistent design across the list, profile, edit views, and contact tabs makes it straightforward to learn the patterns once and apply them throughout the app.

How to get started

Open Contacts in the EveryCatch mobile app, then browse or search to find the right person. Swipe left on a contact in the list to call, message, share, or copy details. Tap a contact to open the profile, and use the Edit button in the header for quick changes. In the Details tab, tap any field to edit inline, open the menu for options like Share, Do Not Disturb, or Delete, and use search and filters to choose which fields are visible while you update information.

What’s next

Soon, contact customization that you configure on the web will sync to the mobile app. Field visibility, field order, and the tabs you choose to show will carry over so once you set up your contact layout on the web, the same structure appears in EveryCatch on mobile.

These updates are available now on iOS and Android.
