Audit logs for preference management

Audit logs for preference management

June 03, 2026

EveryCatch audit logs now give you deeper visibility into how contact preferences and subscriptions are being created, edited, and maintained in your account.

What changed

You can now track contact preference updates made by logged-in users. For each change, audit logs show:

  • Which contact's preferences were updated
  • Who made the change
  • When the change was made
  • The previous and updated preference values

EveryCatch also now tracks updates to subscription types in the Preference Management Hub. You can see:

  • Which subscription type was modified
  • Who made the change
  • When the update occurred
  • What settings or details were changed

Why this helps

  • Export audit records easily for compliance needs and reporting
  • Increase transparency and accountability across your team
  • Quickly see what changed, who made the change, and when it happened
  • Go to Settings → Audit logs in your EveryCatch account
  • Review the details for each change, including the user, affected record, timestamp, and specific change details

Coming soon

A dedicated History tab in Contact preferences that will show a full timeline of preference changes, sources, legal basis, and all update details, in one place.
