Ad manager custom values in ad copy
Summary of the release
EveryCatch ad manager now supports Custom Values in ad copy fields for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns.
You can insert saved, reusable details such as your business name, city, support email, offer name, service area, phone number, and other Custom Values directly into supported ad copy fields.
These values now resolve in your campaign preview and review screens so you can confirm the exact ad text before you publish.
What changed
- Custom values in ad copy – You can now add Custom Values to eligible ad copy fields across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns directly in EveryCatch ad manager.
- Custom values picker – A new insert option lets you search, select, and add saved Custom Values into supported text fields like primary text, headlines, descriptions, and introduction text.
- Map custom values before publishing – The new Map custom values action lets you add, edit, or confirm any values used in the campaign before you publish, so you do not miss required details.
- Resolved preview – Preview and review screens now display the fully resolved text instead of placeholders, so you can clearly verify the copy that will appear in your live ad.
- Validation for safer publishing – EveryCatch ad manager now alerts you when Custom Values are missing, invalid, empty, or exceed channel character limits so you can fix issues before publishing.
- Reusable templates across accounts – Campaign templates can keep Custom Value keys in place, so you can reuse a single template across multiple accounts, then map client-specific values quickly before launch.
How to use
- Go to ad manager in EveryCatch.
- Create a new campaign or edit an existing campaign for Meta, Google, or LinkedIn.
- Open the ad copy section of the campaign.
- Click the Insert Custom Values icon next to a supported copy field.
- Search for and select the Custom Value you want to insert into that field.
- Continue building the rest of your campaign setup as usual.
- Click Map custom values if any values need to be added, updated, or reviewed before publishing.
- Review the fully resolved ad copy in the preview or review screen to confirm everything looks correct.
- Publish the campaign once all Custom Value validations are cleared.
Why this feature matters
Agencies and businesses often reuse the same details across many campaigns, including business name, location, phone number, support email, service area, offer name, and recurring promotional copy.
Previously, you had to type these details manually into every new campaign, which increased setup time and the risk of inconsistent or incorrect ad copy.
With Custom Values in ad copy, you can now:
- Create campaigns faster
- Reduce repetitive data entry in ad text
- Keep ad copy consistent across campaigns and accounts
- Reuse campaign templates while keeping client-specific details flexible
- Preview the final resolved copy before publishing
- Avoid publishing issues caused by missing, invalid, or over-limit values
Notes
- Custom Values are supported only in eligible ad copy text fields.
- Custom Values are not supported in URL fields, call-to-action dropdowns, lead form selectors, media upload fields, targeting, budget, or bid strategy fields.
- You can save campaigns as drafts even when some Custom Values still need to be added or fixed.
- EveryCatch will show a warning if required Custom Values are missing, invalid, empty, or above the allowed character limits.
- If you update a Custom Value after a campaign is published, existing live ads will not update automatically. To apply changes, update the campaign and re-publish.
